Bralna kultura srednješolcev v Republiki Hrvaški: rezultati ankete

Izvleček
Namen: Prispevek podaja teoretske podlage in rezultate raziskave z namenom razvoja bralne kulture pri srednješolcih. Pojem bralne kulture pri srednješolcih se povezuje s potjo knjige.
Metodologija/pristop: Predstavljeni so rezultati nacionalne raziskave učencev srednjih šol v Republiki Hrvaški. Uporabljena je bila anketna metoda. Raziskava je bila anonimna. Vzorec anketirancev je bil priložnostni, anketirancev je bilo 251. Rezultati raziskave so bili obdelani s pomočjo računalniškega programa Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) z deskriptivno statistiko in so izraženi v odstotkih.
Analiza/rezultati: Pridobljeni podatki kažejo, da skoraj ena tretjina anketirancev, učencev srednjih šol na Hrvaškem, nima razvite bralne kulture. Vendarle pa sta dve tretjini anketirancev prebrali vsaj eno knjigo na mesec. V anketi je sodelovalo manjše število anketirancev na ravni Hrvaške, zato vzorec ni reprezentativen. Raziskava je pokazala, da je treba izboljšati informacijske kanale, da bi tako lahko informacije in knjige dospele do učencev, potencialnih bralcev.
Omejitve raziskave: Nezainteresiranost učencev za sodelovanje v anketi, ki je posledično pomenila nereprezentativni vzorec.
Izvirnost/uporabnost raziskave: Raziskava predstavlja izhodišče za nadaljnje raziskave o bralni kulturi srednješolcev. V Hrvaški primanjkuje nacionalnih reprezentativnih in celovitih raziskav te vrste, tako se predpostavlja, da bodo dobljeni rezultati predstavljali nove hipoteze za prihodnje raziskave.
