FUNKCIONALNE ZAHTEVE ZA BIBLIOGRAFSKE ZAPISE (FZBZ): ANALIZA UPORABNOSTI KONCEPTUALNEGA MODELA BIBLIOGRAFSKEGA SVETA

V članku sta predstavljeni dve študiji, povezani s konceptualnim modelom bibliografskega sveta Funkcionalne zahteve za bibliografske zapise (FZBZ). Model FZBZ je nastal na osnovi izkušenj strokovnjakov, ni pa preverjen v praksi. Prva študija je ekspertna primerjava dveh prototipov, zasnovanih na FZBZ, FictionFinder in LibraryLabs, ki je bila izvedena januarja 2007. Ta je pokazala, da FZBZ omogoča izboljšanje prikazov, vendar obstajajo težave pri identifikaciji entitet. Druga je raziskava miselnih modelov bibliografskega sveta, ki je prva objavljena tovrstna uporabniška študija. Sestavljena je bila iz treh nalog: razvrščanja, izdelave miselnih vzorcev ter primerjave in je bila izvedena na 30 udeležencih s področja Ljubljane v času med julijem 2007 ter februarjem 2008. Izkazalo se je, da ne obstaja le en miselni model bibliografskega sveta. Različni posamezniki imajo praviloma različne miselne modele bibliografskega sveta, ki se običajno ne skladajo popolnoma s konceptualnim modelom FZBZ. Izkazalo se je tudi, da se miselni modeli bibliografskega sveta pri posameznikih spreminjajo in so bolj podobni FZBZ, ko so posamezniki v interakciji z bibliografskim svetom. Kljub različnosti pa rezultati kažejo, da so v povprečju miselni modeli bibliografskega sveta podobni konceptualnemu modelu FZBZ.
